When I’m Away

When I’m away I want you to miss me
When I get back I want you to kiss me
While I am driving I’ll think of your eyes
Whenever I gaze at the clear winter skies
If wind over water sends out silver ripples
I’ll shiver imagining your mouth on my nipples
Minutes will be hours before I return
And seconds are candles that slowly burn
To the hypnotic thud of pavement and tire
The crawl of your fingers as they ignite a fire
That crawls down my neck and right through my spine
Into my ass and out of my mind
The shimmering fields with patches of snow
Are like when you touch me my lovely doe
And when I return and say goodnight I’ll fawn
And you will know how many miles I’ve gone
